PKR898 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the pkr898 platform — whether through the website at pkr898.pro, the mobile app or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and pkr898. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To register and use pkr898 you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.

• Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, IP address or shared network.

• Your account must be verified before your first withdrawal is processed. Verification typically requires confirming your identity and the ownership of your registered payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method on your account — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or a verified bank account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of your withdrawal request.
• Where a bonus has been claimed, withdrawal of bonus-related funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirements. Please review the bonus terms before claiming any promotion.
• pkr898 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Processing times vary by payment method — mobile wallet withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers.
• pkr898 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before releasing withdrawal amounts above standard thresholds.

Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts other than those belonging to the registered player. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account will result in the withdrawal being declined and the account being flagged for review.

pkr898 offers bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply across all promotions:

• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the discretion of pkr898. Connectivity interruptions on your side do not entitle you to cancel a placed in-play bet.

• For PSL and international cricket, standard cricket betting rules apply — including rules covering match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments and reduced-over games.

pkr898 monitors betting patterns and reserves the right to restrict or close accounts where patterns suggest abuse, match fixing involvement or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.

pkr898 offers live casino tables, slot games and fish games. The following conditions apply across all casino and game sections:

• All games use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics. Game outcomes are not influenced by pkr898 after a round begins.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's standard rules and any outcome will stand. pkr898 is not responsible for interrupted sessions caused by your internet connection.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and table. These are displayed within the game interface before you place a bet.
• Where a game malfunction occurs on the platform side, affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned. pkr898 will communicate such events through the account notification system.

pkr898 is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated scripts, bots or any software that places bets or plays games without direct human input.
• Collusion with other players to fix outcomes in live casino games or exploit promotional offers.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs or errors to obtain an unfair advantage — any winnings generated through known bugs must be reported and will be voided.

pkr898 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be marked as dormant. pkr898 will notify you before any dormant account closure is actioned.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as player-initiated closure or inactivity — the available balance will be returned to your verified payment method after any applicable processing checks.

pkr898 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain platform uptime and game integrity, pkr898 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any part of the platform at all times.

• pkr898 is not liable for losses resulting from your internet connection failure, device malfunction or third-party service outages.
• pkr898 is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Participation in gaming and betting on pkr898 carries inherent financial risk. You accept that you may lose the amounts you deposit and bet, and you participate entirely at your own risk.
• pkr898's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the net deposit amount credited to the player's account in the 30 days preceding the incident.

Nothing in these Terms limits pkr898's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
